how does it work? Coaching is a collaborative process. It is driven by the needs of the individual, or coachee, who establishes the focus of the session.
Initially, a Learning Verve coach works to build rapport with the coachee and identify the specific development need. In sessions, our coach will listen and contribute questions or observations, using the GROW model.
